
1. How do you charge for translations?
Unlike all our competitors, we are the first company in this market to standardize price for translation projects. While other translating companies hassle you with word count and tedious math operations, we make it simple for you by clicking on the criteria you select on our (project calculator) page. Here you select the languages you want to translate to and from, and then simply follow the simple steps indicated and in a matter of seconds you will have the cost of your project calculated for you with no delay whatsoever.
2. What languages do you offer as a translation company?
Currently we offer the following choices: (Spanish/English); (English/Spanish); (French/Spanish); (French/English); (Italian/Spanish); (Italian/English). We are in the process of creating our Chinese and German departments, where we will offer these languages as well.
3. How long will it take for my translation to be completed?
Any translation project will be given a 7 day estimated time for completion. You are able to expedite your translation by clicking on (Expedite) and selecting the timeframe that best suits your needs.
4. Is it possible to get a 100-page translation in 3 days?
Yes. When a translation project is expedited in such a way, we must involve more two or more translators on such project; this may cause variations in the terminology used by each translator. Although we do our best to compile the terminology during the proofreading phase, we are aware that the resulting translation may present terminology variation. We suggest this type of translations for rough draft projects that are acceptable without much editing, and for documents that are pending publication in a future time.
5. Who are your translators?
We count with the most professional group of translators from various countries and educational and career background. We currently have translators in the U.S., Spain, France, Italy, Germany, China, Mexico, Colombia, and Venezuela. Our translators meet on a daily basis regardless the size of the project being worked on at any given time, to consult, proofread, edit, and double check on each one of our translations.
6. Do you use online translators or computer software on your translations?
We do NOT use online translators in any of our projects. The software we use for translations is in the form of execution, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Print Shop, MS Project, and other support software. But all our translations are performed and proofread by professional individuals. Online translators do not have the capability to provide an accurate and does not match the quality provided by our personnel on every translation project.
7. What type of methods do you use for document transfer?
You can upload your document on any type of file (here). You could also use regular mail and send us a hard copy, you can fax it to us, e-mail it, or you can save your document on a flash drive, disk or floppy, and send it to us via regular mail, FedEx, UPS, or any other mail carrier. When your project is finished, we e-mail you a soft copy of it, and we also send a hard copy to you via regular mail.
8. How is the quality of your translation guaranteed?
All our translations are proofread, edited, and handed down to a pool of no less than 3 translators to review the final content of each work and to ensure the highest quality.
9. Do you have notary and certification capability for translations that merit a certified notary or a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. We certify and notarize translations as requested by our clients. In order to receive a certificate of authenticity and notary, customers must provide the original document.
10. What is your confidentiality policy?
All our translation projects are secure. We provide our customers with the highest and most sophisticated web-based and company-customer
11. How do we save $$$ by using your services?
Each time you use our services, we submit your translation project to our assessing department and run it through our (Hierarchy of difficulty table), where we are able to assess levels of difficulties from (1 – 5), level 5 being the highest level of difficulty. Once we determine the level of difficulty of your document, we give you money back per each page translated. This money will be deposited into an account with your name or the name of your company. The next time you have a translation need, you may use this money to pay for a portion of your next project. Note that no money is to be refunded back to our customers, but it is kept in a safe account under your name for your exclusive use on future translation projects. After a year period from the date of the last translation requested by customers, all of the money is forfeited and the customer or any third party may no longer have rights to this funds.
